Kelsea Espinoza

Hey, I’m Kelsea Espinoza! I’ve been in real estate for just over 10 years now, but the reason I care so deeply about this work is personal. When we bought our first home, the experience was honestly awful. We were completely misled and unprotected — and drawing from my own experience in the industry, I remember thinking, “It shouldn’t be like this.” That moment is what pushed me to come back into real estate and do things differently.
My best day is when my client feels informed, supported, and actually seen — whether it's their first time buying or they’re starting over after a big life change. I’ll always be honest with you, and I’ll fight for your best outcome like I would for my own family.
Outside of real estate, I’m usually chasing our two daughters around the South Placer region (most often to and from dance class in Rocklin), tackling DIY projects at our home in Roseville, or hatching chicks in the backyard.

I’m Kelsea’s husband, and her teammate long before I joined her in real estate. Fun fact: We actually met working an EMT shift together. After years of serving our community in the field, I knew I wanted to keep showing up for people in a meaningful way.
When Kelsea decided to return to real estate after we had our girls, it just made sense for us to partner again — this time helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
As a Navy veteran and EMT in our community, I care deeply about making sure our military and first responders are looked after. That’s why we created our First Responder Program, offering a $1,000 closing credit to those who serve.
